Cancellation Policy

At Fibra, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process simple and hassle-free. Please read the following guidelines for order cancellations.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

You can request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • The order has not yet been shipped.
  • The cancellation request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
How to Cancel an Order:

Refunds for Cancellations:

If your order is eligible for cancellation and has been successfully canceled:

  • A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
Cancellations for Shipped Orders:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Refunds & Cancellation.

Custom or Bulk Orders:

Cancellation of custom-made or bulk orders may not be allowed once production has started. Please contact us for more details.
